What’s the 1 thing you need to Stop doing in order to get unStuck?

#1 Thing.jpg

We are each of us finite resources.

We cannot do everything.

You may not be aware of it real time, but you make many, many choices and decisions every day.

What to pay attention to.

How you talk to yourself.

What to spend time on.

So, when you’re doing something, you have chosen (whether consciously or not) not to do something else.

It goes back to what I said to kick this article off – you can’t do everything.

So, if you have truly decided you’re willing to be uncomfortable and change the behaviors that aren’t serving you…read on.

What do you need to STOP doing?

What’s the one behavior that keeps you stuck?

It’s regret.

re·gret

rəˈɡret/

verb

To feel sad, repentant, or disappointed over (something that has happened or been done, especially a loss or missed opportunity).

Regret is completely useless, unless you do this one thing.

Why is it useless?

Because you are looking back over your shoulder at your past.  You can’t change it.  What good are you doing?  None.  You’re just digging the hole deeper.

The one thing you can do is to use it to fuel intentional change into creating what you DO want in your life.

What do you want to look back on?

What choices do you want to make?

How do you want to make your decisions going forward?

What is essential that you get done & what is just noise that distracts you?

If you’re not sure what the answer to these questions are, Here’s my offer for you…

An absolutely no strings attached offer of up to an hour of a high intensity complimentary coaching experience.

We may want to work together further, or this may be all you need.  Who knows?

Our shared goal:  to see how we can move you forward into taking intentional action that will help you grow and stretch!
